This is our working calendar of affiliate marketing conferences and media buying events for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027. We keep it for our own team at GTaro Ads, and we update it as organizers confirm dates. Each event has a status: confirmed means the organizer has published dates; expected means only the month or a third-party listing is known; TBA means no date yet.

Our short take after Warsaw, Budapest and Bangkok in 2025: go for the networking, not the talks. At each event our team holds 50–60 meetings, and 5–10 of them turn into long-term partnerships. Even without a booth, a trip has paid for itself in about six months. Most of that is decided before you fly, by who you’ve already booked meetings with.

Conferences by vertical

Affiliate marketing conferences with similar names attract very different crowds. Pick by who you need to meet, not by size.

The main events for media buyers

Affiliate World Asia — Bangkok, December 9–10, 2026

The year-end event for media buyers, affiliate networks and traffic sources, held at Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Center. Our team was there in 2025. For us it was one of the most productive events of the year for CPM and RTB contacts: the planned meetings happened, and new ones kept appearing between them. The verticals are mixed: e-commerce, iGaming, crypto and finance, with every major traffic source represented.

Affiliate World Europe — Budapest, 2027 (dates TBA)

The European edition of Affiliate World, held in Budapest in July 2026. We attended in 2025. Same audience profile as Bangkok, with more European traffic sources and networks. The organizer has confirmed Budapest for 2027, but the dates aren’t announced yet.

Affiliate World Global — Dubai, spring 2027

The Dubai edition planned for March 2026 was postponed because of the regional conflict and travel disruption. The organizer has moved it to spring 2027 but hasn’t published dates. The venue has been Dubai World Trade Centre.

TES Affiliate Conference — Seville, March 8–11, 2027

The main event for adult, dating, webcam and AI companion verticals, running since 2009; iGaming, crypto and fintech are also represented. The 2027 edition takes place at Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento, and the organizer also runs a Prague edition. Recent editions have drawn more than 2,000 attendees. If your offers or traffic are in these verticals, this is the most focused crowd you’ll find.

Conversion Conf — Warsaw, March 24–25, 2027

Held at EXPO XXI in Warsaw; the organizers also run a Limassol edition on September 6–7, 2027. Officially the event covers iGaming, nutra, finance, dating and e-commerce. We were at the Warsaw event in 2025, and most of the crowd there was focused on iGaming and CPA offers, so it’s a strong pick if those are your verticals, and less so if you’re looking for CPM or programmatic partners.

i-Con — Limassol, May 27–28, 2027

The Island Conference takes place in Limassol every May; the 2027 dates are May 27–28, and the 2026 edition was at City of Dreams Mediterranean. It’s smaller than the Affiliate World events, with an audience of affiliate managers and networks in dating, iGaming and crypto. We plan to attend in 2027.

MAC — Yerevan, May 2027

The flagship event for Russian-speaking media buying teams, held in Armenia. Verticals: iGaming, crypto, fintech and traffic arbitrage. The 2026 edition ran May 25–27 at Meridian Expo, with organizers targeting more than 5,000 participants. The organizer has announced May 2027 in Yerevan; the exact days aren’t out yet.

Affiliate Summit West and East — Las Vegas and New York

The largest US affiliate events. West runs January 26–28, 2027 at Caesars Forum, Las Vegas, with more than 7,000 attendees and 300 exhibitors according to the organizer. East runs July 26–27, 2027 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, New York. The audience is broad, with a tilt toward e-commerce and retail affiliate programs: affiliates, networks, brands and agencies.

LeadsCon — Las Vegas, April 5–7, 2027

The lead generation event, at MGM Grand. Relevant if you buy or sell leads in insurance, finance or home services.

iGaming events with a big affiliate crowd

SiGMA runs a series of events around the world: Rome (November 2–5, 2026, with an Affiliate Stage and an expected 30,000 delegates), Cape Town, Dubai, São Paulo, Malta, Manila and Mexico City in 2027. iGB Affiliate takes place in Barcelona on January 19–20, 2027, next to ICE, and iGB L!VE in London in July. These are huge expos built around operators; affiliates are a large part of the audience, but meetings need even more planning because of the scale.

Conference checklist

  1. Define your vertical. Who you sell to and who you buy from decides everything else.
  2. Pick the region. Go where your potential partners and their GEOs are, not where the biggest event is.
  3. Choose the conference that matches both.
  4. Decide how you’ll take part: attendee, company, booth or sponsor. A company ticket isn’t required on your first visit. But when you register as a company, exhibitor or sponsor, the conference usually lists you on its website, which gives you a backlink and extra inbound contacts.
  5. Buy tickets early. Early-bird tickets, sold as soon as registration opens, can save you 30–40% on the ticket price. We usually buy about two months ahead.
  6. One month before: start networking and book meetings.
  7. At the event: hold your meetings, collect contacts, stay open to new ones.
  8. Take 1–2 days off after the conference.
  9. Follow up with every partner you want to work with.
  10. Measure the result and note what to do differently next time.

How we prepare for a conference

We haven’t exhibited with a booth yet. Our approach is simple: most of the result comes from meetings booked in advance, and new contacts appear around them during the event. The talks are secondary.

1. Build a list of who is coming

Most conference sites publish exhibitors, sponsors and partner companies weeks before the event. Some go further: Affiliate World has an event app that works like a social network, with profiles and contacts of attendees. Collect everything into one list: company, person, role, and why they matter to you.

2. Prioritize and reach out early

Start about a month before the event: early enough to get into people’s calendars, close enough that they still remember you on the day. Mark the companies you most want to work with and send the first message by email. A short note with who you are, what you can offer them, and a proposed time slot works better than “let’s meet at the conference.” Once they reply, the conversation usually moves to Telegram, WhatsApp or Teams, and it’s worth connecting on LinkedIn too.

3. Leave room in the schedule

Don’t book every slot. Some of our best contacts came from people we met between planned meetings.

4. Follow up while you’re remembered

Write to every useful contact within a few days, while the conversation is still fresh, with one concrete next step.

5. Plan the evenings yourself

Evening events matter, and it helps to have at least one outgoing person on the team. But you don’t have to go to the official VIP party: it’s usually loud, and a business conversation there is hard. Inviting a few interesting clients to a quiet bar often works better.

What results to expect

Our numbers from 2025, attending without a booth:

  • 50–60 meetings per conference with advertisers, ad networks and other partners, most of them booked in advance.
  • 5–10 of them turned into partnerships that work for both sides.
  • About six months for a trip to pay for itself.

In other words, most meetings won’t lead anywhere, and that’s normal. The result comes from volume and from booking the right people.

How much a conference trip costs

The budget depends on where your team is, where the event is, and how many people go. Our rough figures, including tickets, flights and hotels:

ScenarioTeamApproximate budget
Event in your city3 people$1,500–2,000 (tickets only, depending on ticket level)
Team in Europe, event in Europe2 people$5,000–7,000
Team in Europe, event in Asia3 people$12,000–14,000
Approximate totals for one conference. Long-haul trips cost more because of flights and the extra days you need to recover before the event.

Tickets are the easiest cost to cut: early-bird prices, available as soon as sales open, can be 30–40% lower. We usually buy about two months before the event.

Before choosing an event, check which GEOs your clients and partners are in. A conference on the other side of the world only makes sense if the people you need will be there.

Where to meet GTaro Ads

We plan to be at i-Con in Limassol in 2027. If you work with CPM, RTB or traffic monetization and will be there, get in touch and we’ll set up a meeting.

FAQ

What is the biggest affiliate marketing conference?

By attendance, the iGaming summits such as SiGMA World are the largest, with tens of thousands of delegates. Among events focused on affiliates and media buyers, Affiliate World and Affiliate Summit West each report several thousand attendees.

Which conference is best for media buyers?

From our experience, Affiliate World Europe and Affiliate World Asia: they bring together traffic sources, networks and buyers who work with CPM and real-time bidding. Before you go, it helps to know what you want from a partner: our ad network checklist covers the main questions.

Which conference is best for adult and dating affiliates?

TES Affiliate Conference. It has focused on adult, dating, webcam and AI companion verticals since 2009. Dating is also covered at i-Con and Conversion Conf.

Is it worth going without a booth?

Yes. We’ve attended without a booth and built our results on pre-booked meetings: 50–60 meetings per event, 5–10 new partnerships, and payback in about six months. A booth helps people find you, but it isn’t required for good networking.

How much does it cost to attend an affiliate conference?

If the event is in your city, it’s mostly the tickets: about $1,500–2,000 for three people, depending on the ticket level. For a team of two based in Europe going to a European event, expect around $5,000–7,000 in total. Three people flying from Europe to Asia is closer to $12,000–14,000.

When should I buy conference tickets?

As early as you can. Early-bird tickets go on sale first and can be 30–40% cheaper than the final price. We usually buy about two months before the event.

How early should I book meetings?

As soon as the exhibitor list or event app opens. The most sought-after people fill their schedules weeks before the event.
